BodyTech is a community favorite with full service Fitness Centers serving the Hamptons for over 25 years. 
Our 2 convenient locations are in the heart of Amagansett and The Montauk Playhouse in Montauk. 

Our facilities are equipped with TRX, Kettlebells and a full line of Cardio & Strength Machines from Cybex, Life Fitness, Woodway, Precor, MedX & Hoist including recumbant bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, stairclimbers and spin bikes.  We also include Free-Weight, stretch & core rooms, an official size gymnasium in our Montauk location, which is also the site of our full calendar of classes.  Classes feature spinning, boxing, Power Hour.

• Boxing w/ Juan -    Saturday 9:30AM then changing 5/26 to sunday 9:00AM
• May 21st Tuesday's Zumba with Joy - 8:30AM
• May 25th Saturday Zumba with Clarissa at 9:15 then starts again June 29th
